- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from University of Dhaka

- Abdullah is Proprietor and Principal of AMAC and is currently leading a team of professionals to provide various audit, tax and advisory services.
- He has more than 10 years of experience in audit, taxation, accounting & financial reporting, accounting system designing, internal control review and reporting, financial management, strategic planning, investment appraisal, budgeting, forecasting and financial consulting services and has proficient knowledge and professional experience in many fields and industries
- He has worked at Esquire Knit Composite Limited (A concern of Esquire Group) and Rahman Rahman Huq, Chartered Accountants (A member firm of the KPMG International).
- At Esquire, he has worked in general ledger, regulatory reporting, accounting system designing, internal control review and reporting, financial management, strategic planning, investment appraisal, budgeting and forecasting.
- At RRH, he has managed multi-disciplinary engagements for a number of foreign and local NGOs, commercial banks, local and multinational listed and non-listed companies, public sectors and financial institutions. He has the experience in review of internal control systems of different organizations.
- He is well conversant with the corporate laws, tax, banking laws and regulations, foreign exchange regulations, regulatory environment and framework, etc.
- He has attended various training programs including Auditing and IFRSs. He is familiar with the requirements and applications of Auditing and Financial Reporting Standards (ISAs & IFRSs) and also the Companies Act 1994 of Bangladesh.
